Joudets.. Quiet adaptation with Paris Saint-Germain
Belgian winger Mika Gudets is having a quiet settling-in period at Paris Saint-Germain since his summer transfer to the European champions, while some new arrivals, such as Ferran Torres and Magnus Akliosh, have started to make a more noticeable impact.
According to the newspaper "L'Équipe", the calm surrounding the start of Judets is not seen as a cause for concern within Paris Saint-Germain, as there is a belief within the club that the player just needs more time to adapt to the team's requirements and the style of coach Luis Enrique.
Joudet faces a significant challenge in moving from Ajax to Paris Saint-Germain, especially with the high tactical demands and strong competition for attacking positions. The Belgian winger needs more time to understand his teammates' movements and adapt to the details required by the coaching staff.
In contrast, the start of the season has shown that Ferran Torres and Akliouche have adapted more quickly, as they have taken on important roles and made a significant impact with the team. Torres, in particular, was on time during the UEFA Champions League, scoring three goals in Paris Saint-Germain's 6-1 victory over Slovan Bratislava.
However, there is no sense of urgency within Paris Saint-Germain regarding Judets, as the club trusts in his abilities and sees the matter of him performing at the expected level as just a matter of time.
The coaching staff hopes the player will continue to work and develop, gradually gaining more space to showcase his abilities with the team.
