Al Ahly FC given 24-hour break from training

Moroccan coach Al-Hussein Amouta has granted his team, Al Ahly FC, a day off from training today, Friday, with plans to resume training tomorrow in preparation for their match against Abo Qir in the Egyptian League.

The red team played a friendly match yesterday, Thursday, at the Tetch Stadium against Al-Hussein, which ended in a defeat for the former by one goal to nil.

Al Ahly FC are preparing to face Abo Qir on Tuesday, September 15, as part of the fifth round of the Egyptian League.

Al Ahly FC currently sits third in the Egyptian League table with 10 points, while Abo Qir is in sixteenth place with 3 points.
