Al Zawraa secures valuable win against Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya in the league

Al Zawraa secured an important and morale-boosting victory over their traditional rivals Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya with a score of 1-0 in the match that brought the two teams together at Karbalaa International Stadium during the seventh round of the Iraq Stars League.

The two teams entered the second half with greater caution, and the play was confined to the midfield for long periods.

As the minutes passed, Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya failed to reach the Al Zawraa goal, and the referee blew the final whistle, announcing a 1-0 victory for the hosts.
