Zamalek's comment on Ahmed Fatouh's crisis

Abdel Nasser Mohamed, the director of football for Zamalek SC, spoke about the latest developments regarding the recent crisis involving star and captain Ahmed Fatouh with the club.

Abdel Nasser Mohamed stated in comments through Zamalek SC's media center that Ahmed Fatouh participated in matches despite not being fully fit, before suffering a severe cold and then a serious injury to his toe.

He said: "Fatouh participated in matches while he was not ready, then he suffered from a severe cold, and after that, he injured his toe badly, and it was impossible for him to wear the shoe. He will participate today in training at full capacity."

Regarding Ahmed Fatouh's media talk, Zamalek SC's director of football added: "As for Fatouh's media talk, this matter will not be blown out of proportion as some wish, and the player always delivers good performances whether with the national team or the club, and thus he is the focus of everyone's attention, especially with the nearing end of his contract, and everyone is eager to know the updates."

He concluded: "Ahmed Fatouh deals with everyone with great kindness and spontaneity and good intentions. It could have been, had he had bad intentions, that the matter would have been handled in other ways. We are certainly dealing internally, and according to our regulations, with all events and interactions to prevent their recurrence, and this is our internal matter."
