Helmi Toulane: Al Ahly are struggling, there is still no mark from the Moroccan coach

Hossam Talal, the former coach, confirmed that Al Ahly is struggling despite having a good preparation period and a distinguished group of players. However, they have not yet shown the expected performance.

Hossam Tolban stated during his appearance on the show "Ya Masaa Al Anwar", hosted by the media figure Medhat Shalaby on MBC Masr 2: "I still stand by my opinion, the coaching staff of Al Ahly has had a full opportunity to prepare significantly, and they have a group of players that any coach would wish for, but so far Al Ahly has not appeared in a satisfactory manner even to its fans."

He added: "So far, there is no mark from the Moroccan coach, and there is no style of play or variety in the penetrations or attack, and Al Ahly should have been like this 100 times."

Helmy Toulane spoke about Emam Ashour, confirming that he is one of the most important players in Egyptian football, saying: "Emam Ashour is the best player in Egypt, without a doubt, and he is a pivotal and very important player for Al Ahly and the Egypt national team."

He added: "Emam Ashour's presence in the national team is essential, and he could be present and participate in part of the match, as he is a key player who excels in passing and shooting, and his impact was clear on Al Ahly after he came on."

Regarding Ahmed Sayed Zizo's performance with Al Ahly, Tolyan said: "Zizo is still psychologically affected by the situations and events that have happened to him, and so far he has not delivered what is expected of him for Al Ahly and its fans."
