Bayern Münich secures Tim Binder's future with contract until 2030

Bayern Münich have announced today, Wednesday, the signing of young attacking midfielder Tim Binder to a long-term professional contract that extends until June 30, 2030.

Tim Binder, 19, has joined Bayern Münich's academy from Augsburg in 2019 when he was twelve years old, before continuing his development through the club's various age groups.

The player participated in the pre-season preparations with the first team under coach Vincent Kompany, impressing with strong performances that caught the eye.

At the reserve team level, Tim Binder has played 20 matches so far, scoring 7 goals. He has also represented Germany under 19 in four matches.

Bayern's sporting director, Christoph Freund, said: "Tim has great potential; he is fast, strong on the ball, and has a wonderful personality. He has recently shown his talent during the pre-season with the first team. Tim is a clear example of the excellent development opportunities our training center provides."

Tim Binder is currently working on his return to the pitch after suffering a hamstring tear.
