Hossam El Mandouh: We have no problem managing the derby with Egyptian referees
Hossam El Mandouh, Zamalek SC's treasurer, confirmed that there is no problem with Egyptian referees officiating the white team's match against Al Ahly FC. He also spoke about the crisis involving Juan Bezerra and the club.
The spokesperson stated during an interview on "MBC Masr": "The board is adamant about Juan Bezerra's return to the club in the near future, and this will happen very soon, but there is no specific date for the return."
He added: "There is daily work on the Bezerra file, and many emails are being sent daily, and there is a near agreement that will be satisfactory for both parties in the upcoming period."
He added: "This agreement will preserve the rights of Zamalek SC, and at the same time, it will achieve what the club requests by bringing the player back to the team, and I am not aware of the actual offers made to the player."
Zamalek SC's treasurer addressed the club's stance on the refereeing team for the upcoming derby match, confirming that there is no issue within the board regarding assigning the match to an Egyptian officiating crew.
Hossam El Mandouh has revealed the board's moves regarding the establishment of a football company, confirming that it represents an important step towards achieving the club's financial sustainability.
He explained: "The football company is essential for managing the club well, in order to achieve financial sustainability. Currently, we are studying the best vision from the perspective of the majority of the board to reach the appropriate percentage, and we are in contact with investors, and there are many responses."
