Muscle strain threatens Dybala's participation against Atalanta
The Argentine star Paulo Dybala has suffered a minor muscle strain in recent hours, which has raised some concerns within AS Roma ahead of their match against Atalanta, scheduled for the evening of Saturday, September 5, in the third round of Serie A.
According to Angelo Mangiante via Sky Sport, the coaching staff led by manager Gian Piero Gasperini will evaluate Dybala's condition before making a final decision regarding his participation, whether as a starter or as a substitute.
Al-Hala's condition is not serious at the moment, as reports suggest it is related to muscle fatigue and load management, especially with AS Roma's UEFA Champions League campaign beginning against Fenerbahçe on September 10.
Gasperini has recently confirmed that Dybala has had a good preparation period this season, and that his physical condition seems better than in previous seasons, with the club keen to manage his appearances and avoid risks.
