Zigrova out of Juventus plans as Saudi Arabia awaits
It seems that Juventus have made a decision regarding the future of their Kosovo winger Edon Zhegrov, after he was excluded from the squad participating in the UEFA Champions League, making his departure from Torino a strong possibility.
According to Tuttosport, Zigrova continues to train separately from the group, awaiting a suitable offer to determine his future, despite some positive signs that emerged during the summer preparation period.
The player faces strong competition for the winger and forward position behind the strikers, with names like Kenan Yildiz, Jérémie Boga, Nico González, Francisco Conceição, Weston McKennie, and the young Aljbegovic, making it more difficult for him to get playing time.
There have been previous interests from Turkish clubs, but they did not turn into serious negotiations. The most realistic destination currently seems to be Saudi Arabia, with Al-Ittihad continuing to be interested in signing the player.
Reports suggest that the deal could be a loan with an option to buy, allowing Juventus to offload a player not in their plans, with the possibility of finalizing Zigurova's future later.
Zigrova's UEFA Champions League window with Juventus has effectively closed, but there are still open transfer markets that may give her a chance to leave the club in the coming weeks.
