FC Barcelona has announced that the ordinary general assembly for members will be held on Saturday, September 19, following a board meeting that took place on September 3, 2026.

FC Barcelona has scheduled the assembly for 9:30 AM for the first call, while it will start at 10:00 AM for the second call, according to Article 27 of the club's bylaws.

The general assembly for members will be held electronically, with the assembly body to be formed in the 'Auditori 1899' hall within the Spotify Camp Nou facilities.

FC Barcelona has confirmed that it will make available to all its members information related to the general assembly in the coming days, including economic data and information, as well as organizing the usual media meetings to explain the results in detail and review the highlights achieved during the season.

In the economic aspect, FC Barcelona's board has approved the annual accounts for the 2025-2026 sporting season, which showed positive operating results for the third consecutive season, in line with the club's goal of achieving financial balance.

These results came despite the operational circumstances and restrictions related to stadium capacity during last season, as FC Barcelona had to play some of their matches in the first half of the season at Johan Cruyff Stadium and the Olympic Stadium, in addition to playing matches at Spotify Camp Nou with a capacity of 42,000 spectators.

FC Barcelona achieved a new record in revenue last season, surpassing one billion euros for the first time in its history. The club explained that this record was primarily due to improved income from stadium utilization, despite the exceptional circumstances surrounding the gradual return to Spotify Camp Nou.

FC Barcelona has confirmed that the revenue generated is particularly significant as the club approaches its expected budget for the season, despite the original plan being to start the season at Spotify Camp Nou with a capacity exceeding 60,000 spectators from the outset.

Several factors contributed to the record revenue figure, including the continuous growth in sponsorship income and a record in merchandise sales through the BLM company associated with FC Barcelona.
