Mourinho hints at ease of competition in Germany and France

José Mourinho, the manager of Real Madrid, has issued a veiled criticism of the nature of competition in the German and French leagues, emphasizing that LaLiga imposes continuous pressure on the top clubs.

José Mourinho said: "For me, LaLiga is a difficult competition because the pressure is constant, and you always have to win. There are leagues where you don't have to win all the time."

He added: "Champions of France or Germany have a kind of reassurance, as they can say: we already know we will be champions. Here, the pressure is there week after week. If you don't win, it's a bad result."

Real Madrid's coach concluded his remarks by affirming that this constant pressure plays an important role in raising the level of the teams competing in a league of this quality.
