Officially: Ricardo Rodríguez returns to Torino

Torino have officially announced the signing of Swiss player Ricardo Rodríguez, marking his return to the club after two years away.

The 33-year-old defender has signed a contract with Torino until June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional season, which will become an automatic extension based on the number of appearances.

Rodríguez wore the Torino shirt between 2020 and 2024, before experiencing a stint with Real Betis, and then became a free agent after his contract with the Andalusian club ended.

Rodriguez was close to moving to West Ham on Tuesday, September 1, but negotiations did not reach a final agreement among all parties, leading the player to ultimately return to Torino.
