Jesus trains alone and prepares to join FC Barcelona's group training
Gabriel Jesus, the Brazilian forward of FC Barcelona, has started his journey with the Catalan team after participating in his first training session at the Joan Gamper sports city individually.
According to "Mundo Deportivo", Gabriel Jesus trained alone today, with plans to participate in group training for the first time tomorrow, Thursday.
The Brazilian forward is expected to be included in FC Barcelona's squad to face Valencia in the 4th round of LaLiga at the Mestalla, while the decision regarding his first appearance in the team's shirt remains with coach Hans Flick.
Gabriel Jesus has completed pre-season with Arsenal, participating in three matches and scoring one goal against Girona in the Trofeo Costa Brava.
The Brazilian forward returned to the pitch in December 2025 after recovering from an ACL injury that sidelined him for nearly a year, before gradually regaining his fitness during the second half of last season.
Gabriel Jesus has joined FC Barcelona for a fixed fee of €10 million, plus €5 million in variables, and he hopes to feature for the team in the upcoming period.
