Zamalek's stance on the complaint against Bezerra

Zamalek SC have not yet filed an official complaint to FIFA against their player Juan Pezzera, according to Khaled El Ghandour regarding the latest developments in the crisis between the two parties.

Khaled El Ghandour stated in television remarks: "Zamalek SC has not yet filed any official complaint against player Juan Pezzera with FIFA."

Zamalek SC has informed the Football Association and FIFA about penalties against player Juan Bezerra for his absence without permission from training. Zamalek SC has applied its internal regulations to Juan Bezerra and continues to impose deductions against the player.

Khaled El Ghandour has stated: "Juan Bezerra is at risk of a fine of up to 4 or 5 million dollars if he signs with any club without Zamalek SC's approval, and Bezerra will not be able to unilaterally terminate his contract with Zamalek SC after consulting with more than one Brazilian lawyer."

He concluded: "Juan Bezerra tried to rely on the warning points sent to Zamalek SC due to the delay in his dues for terminating his contract, but found the argument weak."
