Top stars available for free after the transfer window closes

The summer transfer window closed yesterday across all five major leagues, leaving a number of prominent names currently available in the transfer market without clubs.

The list of notable available players includes names such as Frenchman Paul Pogba, Englishman Jadon Sancho, Spaniard Dani Carvajal, and Sergio Ramos, in addition to Frenchman Karim Benzema and Austrian David Alaba.

The list also includes Brazilian Philippe Coutinho, Ivorian Yves Bissouma, Englishman Raheem Sterling, Algerian Riyad Mahrez, Ukrainian Oleksandr Zinchenko, Ivorian Wilfried Zaha, Croatian Marcelo Brozović, and Portuguese Renato Sanches.

Despite the closure of the transfer market in the five major European leagues, some players can still determine their next destination, especially with the transfer window still open in some leagues.

The transfer market in the Saudi Pro League continues until September 6, while the Turkish transfer market closes on September 4, giving clubs in both leagues a final opportunity to sign available players.
