Lyon agree with AC Milan to sign Youssouf Fofana

Olympique Lyon have reached an agreement with AC Milan regarding the signing of French midfielder Youssouf Fofana on the final day of the summer transfer window.

According to RMC Sport, the deal will be a loan with a financial fee, including an option to buy estimated at €12 million.

Fofana has not participated in any match for AC Milan in Serie A this season, and he is no longer part of coach Ruben Amorim's plans, prompting him to look for a new opportunity to regain his form.

The French player is set to join Olympique Lyon to work under coach Paulo Fonseca, in a deal that represents a strong addition to the French team's midfield.
