Juventus close to losing Tagliafico deal after Cabal's move to Atalanta stalls

Colombian Juan Cabal's chances of moving to Atalanta have diminished as talks between the clubs have stalled, according to Italian network Sky Sport.

Juventus hope to finalize the departure of Kabal to make room for the signing of Argentine Nicolás Tagliafico, the left-back of Lyon, during the final hours of the transfer market.

According to Sky Sports, the deal for Kabal is becoming increasingly likely to fail, as communications between Juventus and Atalanta have not continued, which in turn threatens the possibility of completing the Tagliafico transfer.

Juventus have identified Tagliafico as a potential replacement for Cabal in the event of his departure, but the Colombian's stalled exit has made the situation regarding the Argentine full-back's transfer extremely complicated ahead of the transfer window closing.
