Tottenham are working to finalize the signing of Tosin Adarabioyo from Chelsea, while also considering the possibility of signing goalkeeper Robert Sánchez in the final hours of the summer transfer window.

Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Tottenham are working on a deal for Adarabioyo, noting that a transfer for the defender represents a real possibility if Kevin Danso departs the team. Chelsea have opened the door for the player to leave, while Tottenham are looking to strengthen their central defense.

Tottenham see Adarabioyo as someone who can provide support in the right centre-back position, alongside Jan Paul van Hecke, as the team relies on Mickey van de Ven, Marcos Senesi, and Ben Davies on the left side of defence.

Meanwhile, Tottenham are studying the possibility of signing Robert Sánchez after Chelsea decided to allow the Spanish goalkeeper to leave following an agreement to sign Emiliano Martínez from Aston Villa. TEAMtalk has indicated that Sánchez has become one of the options available to Tottenham to strengthen their goalkeeping position.

Tottenham had relied on Antonín Kinský as their first-choice goalkeeper after Vicario's loan move to Juventus, with Martin Dúbravka as a backup, but the club is reviewing their options before the transfer window closes.

Fabrizio Romano added that Robert Sánchez has received Chelsea's approval to search for a new club, while the Italian club Como is monitoring the situation of the 28-year-old goalkeeper.
