According to confirmations from sources at Al Ahly FC, the biggest crisis currently hindering this matter is the player's desire to cancel the participation clause, alongside his wish to receive the full value of his contract, which is 35 million Egyptian pounds for the season.

According to Hattahout's sources, initial negotiations with Mohamed Hany began with his request for £40 million per season, but he later backed down and accepted £35 million on the condition that this salary would be paid in full without being tied to participation percentages in matches or incentives for winning titles.
