Diaby Passes Medical at Bayer Leverkusen
French winger Moussa Diaby has successfully passed his medical tests in Germany, paving the way for his transfer to Bayer Leverkusen during the current summer transfer window.
German journalist Christian Falk revealed through the newspaper 'Bild' that the official announcement of the transfer could be made this evening, after the player arrived in Germany to complete the final steps.
Falk confirmed that there are no medical obstacles preventing the completion of the transfer, noting that Diaby is getting ready to embark on a new experience with the German club following the official announcement.
Bayer Leverkusen and Moussa Diaby have reached a final agreement regarding the transfer of the French winger, who will join the German side once the formalities are completed and the deal is announced.
During his time with Al-Ittihad, Diaby played 73 matches across various domestic and Asian competitions, scoring 11 goals while providing 33 assists for his teammates.
The French winger has played a significant role in Al-Ittihad's successes over the past period, being one of the key players in the team's triumphs in both the league and the King's Cup in the previous season.
