Roberto De Zerbi, the head coach of Tottenham, expressed his disappointment following his team's 2-0 loss to Newcastle United, emphasizing that the team needs to continue working and improving.

De Zerbi stated: "There is no panic, I know where we are heading and what the plan is. I apologize to the fans for the result; we need to improve, work hard on the pitch, and find harmony among the players."

He added: "I feel disappointed with the result because I believe we were better than Newcastle until we conceded the first goal."

He explained: "We lost possession of the ball in the first half because we didn't defend the right way, and the distance between the defenders and attackers was far too great."

The coach stated: "We can improve in defensive aspects, but today's result was unfair."

He continued: "At the start of the second half, we had some opportunities to create real chances, and we created many scoring opportunities, but we need to improve our final decisions, as they will make the difference."

He added: "We are working to be good on the pitch, and if you believe in work and training, you have to improve day by day."

Tottenham's coach concluded his statements by saying: "In the end, we feel disappointed because of the result and because of our fans. We are working to become a great team. When we become a cohesive unit, I believe we can change the narrative of the past two seasons for Tottenham."
