Newcastle Piles More Misery on Tottenham in Premier League

Newcastle United achieved a 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the match held at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, as part of the second round of the Premier League.

Anthony Elanga opened the scoring for Newcastle United in the 62nd minute, before Yuan Wissa added the second goal in the 73rd minute, securing the win for the visitors.

Tottenham failed to register any goals throughout the match, continuing their negative results at the start of their Premier League campaign, after suffering a defeat in the first round against Brentford with a score of 3-0.

Omar Marmoush made his first appearance for Tottenham in the match, following his loan move from Manchester City.

With this victory, Newcastle has raised its tally to 4 points, placing them third in the Premier League table, while Tottenham remains without points at the bottom in twentieth place.
