Raja Agrees Deal with Mounaim El Idrissi on Free Transfer

Raja Casablanca is nearing the announcement of a new attacking signing, having reached a final agreement with Moroccan striker Mounir El Idrissi, paving the way for his joining the Green team during the current summer transfer window.

The agreement sees Al Idrissi, 27, join Raja on a free transfer following the end of his contract with French club Troyes. The player is set to embark on a new journey in the Moroccan league.

Raja Casablanca's management opened negotiations with the Moroccan striker in recent days, before successfully reaching an agreement on the player's financial demands, paving the way for the completion of the transfer.

Adil El Ghazi is set to undergo a medical examination in the coming days, with the official signing and contract completion with Raja contingent on successfully passing the tests.

The Moroccan striker began his career in the youth ranks of French club Ajaccio, before embarking on professional experiences with Belgian side Kortrijk and French club Troyes.

El Idrissi will return to the Moroccan football scene through Raja, benefiting from his free transfer status, which means the green club will not be required to pay any fee to buy his contract from another club.
