Klopp Assures Musiala: Germany National Team Door is Open
Jurgen Klopp revealed that he reached out to Jamal Musiala via a voice message, confirming his support for the Bayern Munich player as he deals with his injury.
Klopp said: "We didn't talk on the phone, I sent him a voice message. He doesn't know me at all and doesn't have my number, and I think if I called him, he wouldn't answer for three days because he wouldn't recognize my number."
He added: "He responded to the message. He is going through a situation that no one wishes to experience, especially a young player like him, but everyone agrees that things will turn out fine."
Klopp confirmed that he has assured Musiala about his future with the German national team, stating: "I assured him that what happened will not have any impact on the national team. That's all I can do for him."
He continued: "Vincent Kompany assured me that he was in amazing physical shape. After the removal of the metal plate and screws, he returned to his previous level, and perhaps even better. And now what happened occurred for reasons we know."
Jurgen Klopp stressed the need to give Musiala adequate time to recover, saying: "The important thing now is that he gets the necessary time and allows himself that time as well. Young players usually don't face issues, except for their impatience, and of course, you can't rush during a phase like this."
He concluded: "He is in the perfect club and the ideal environment, and we also want to do our part. We tell him: son, recover first, and then the door will be open for you."
