Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of Al Nassr, has shattered a historic record with the team, becoming the top scorer in the Saudi Pro League, surpassing the previous record held by Mohammed Al-Sahlawi.

Cristiano Ronaldo has increased his tally to 104 goals in 110 matches played for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, making him the club's all-time leading scorer in the competition.

The historic goal for the Portuguese star came during the match against Al-Taawoun on Friday evening, as part of the fourth round of the Roshn Saudi League for the current sports season.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored the second goal for Al Nassr in the 50th minute, following up on a shot from his teammate Mohamed Simakan, before slotting the ball into the net against Al Taawoun.

The goal secured Al Nassr's lead with a score of 2-1, after the match had reached a 1-1 draw, giving Ronaldo's team a new advantage in the encounter.

With this goal, Al Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo has broken his tie with Mohammed Al-Sahlawi, who remains at 103 goals, allowing Ronaldo to stand alone at the top of the club's all-time scorers in the Saudi league.
