Marc Guéhi Joins RB Leipzig from Chelsea

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has announced that Spanish forward Marc Guéhi of Chelsea will be transferring to RB Leipzig during the current transfer window.

According to Romano, RB Leipzig has reached a final agreement with Chelsea and the player after negotiations took place away from the spotlight, with Gusto set to join the German club in a permanent transfer, while Chelsea retains a sell-on clause for the future.

Romano added that the 20-year-old player is preparing to travel to complete the final steps of the transfer.

Gouyo, a graduate of Barcelona's academy, had recently been linked with a move to Napoli, but Leipzig has surprisingly secured the deal.
