Al Quwa Al Jawiya Denies Rumors of Failed Player Registrations in Asian Elite

Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya's management has categorically denied reports circulating on various sports pages about the inability to register the team's players for the elite AFC Champions League, confirming that all procedures are in order and there are no administrative or legal obstacles.

Al-Suqour are gearing up for two major competitions this season, the Iraqi League and the Asian Elite Championship, amid intensive administrative work to finalize contract signings before the registration deadline.

In recent hours, reports have circulated on social media indicating that Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya "cannot register their new players" in the elite AFC Champions League roster.

However, several sources close to the club's management have confirmed the exact opposite.

Sources said:

"Reports suggesting that Air Force Club players cannot be registered for the AFC Champions League are incorrect. The players can be registered properly, and there are no problems."

The source added:

"The Asian registration period is still ongoing until September 4, and clubs can legally register all their new local and foreign players during this time."

In this context, sources have confirmed that the current management is working intensively to complete all the transfers requested by Tunisian coach Fathi Jebali himself.

"The management is currently working to complete all the signings that coach Fathi Al-Jabal wants himself. The coach is the one who determines the names and positions needed for the team to compete both locally and in Asia."

This follows the management's recent decision to terminate the contracts of professionals Ashraf Boudramah and Anthony Orkuma, which has opened the door for the coach to select new names that align with his tactical plan for the elite championship.

Air Force Club's participation in the Asian elite is seen as an opportunity to bring the club's name back to the continental forefront, especially after the achievements it previously secured in the AFC Cup.
