Omar Marmoush Takes Number 22 Shirt at Tottenham
Tottenham Hotspur has settled the debate regarding the jersey that Egyptian international Omar Marmoush will wear during his new stint with the team, as they have officially announced the number that the former Manchester City forward will carry.
The London club revealed that Maramush will wear the number 22 shirt, following his arrival in North London today, Thursday, in preparation for starting his journey with Tottenham for the next season, after completing his loan move from Manchester City.
The number 22 represents a new beginning for the Egyptian striker, who is preparing for a different experience with Tottenham after spending the previous period with Manchester City, thus becoming the eighth signing for the London club during the current summer transfer window.
Tottenham's management is continuing its efforts to bolster the squad ahead of the new season, with the addition of Marmoush being one of the most significant moves. There are high hopes pinned on him to enhance the team's attacking strength.
Tottenham has clarified that the shirt number announced for Marmoush is not absolutely final, as player shirt numbers remain subject to change until the club submits its final roster to the Premier League following the closure of the transfer window.
