PSG Rewards Staff After Historic Season

Paris Saint-Germain is set to distribute a financial bonus of €4,772.24 gross to each employee, in appreciation of the efforts made during the 2025-2026 season, which saw the team achieve an exceptional performance on the sporting level.

The reward comes after the historic season achieved by Paris Saint-Germain, having clinched five titles: the UEFA Champions League, Ligue 1, the UEFA Super Cup, the Intercontinental Cup, and the French Super Cup.

The club is seeking to involve its employees in the successes achieved during the season through this initiative, which includes bonuses for staff in the football and handball sectors, the management of the Parc des Princes, the club foundation, and the endowment fund, according to the specified conditions for eligibility.

Nasser Al-Khelaifi, president of Paris Saint-Germain, stated: "Our sporting successes across various sections of the club, along with our growth and ability to innovate and create as a company and brand, are the result of a tremendous collective effort. These are your achievements and successes."

The bonus will be paid in two installments, with the first payment coinciding with the August salary. This move reflects the club's appreciation for the contributions of the behind-the-scenes staff in the achievements made by Paris Saint-Germain during the season.
