Official: Barcelona Signs Livakovic

Barcelona has officially announced an agreement with Turkish club Fenerbahce regarding the transfer of Croatian goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic to the team. The player has signed a contract for four seasons, lasting until June 30, 2030, according to the club's official website.

Livakovic started his career in the youth teams of Zadar and Zagreb, before moving up to the first team of Zagreb during the 2012/2013 season in the Croatian league. After four seasons with the team, he transferred to Dinamo Zagreb in the 2016/2017 season.

The Croatian goalkeeper spent seven seasons with Dinamo Zagreb, during which he made 295 appearances, conceded 249 goals, and kept 137 clean sheets. He also won seven league titles before transferring to Fenerbahçe in the summer of 2023 following his impressive performances.

During his two seasons with Fenerbahce, Livakovic played 74 matches and kept a clean sheet in 24 of them. He joined Girona on loan in the summer of 2025 but did not participate in any matches, before returning to Dinamo Zagreb on loan during the winter transfer window.

Livakovic featured for Dinamo Zagreb in 15 matches during his second stint, conceding only 10 goals and keeping 8 clean sheets, contributing to the team's league title triumph.

On the international stage, Livaković has been a part of the Croatia national team since 2017, participating in the 2018, 2022, and 2026 World Cups, as well as the European Championships in 2021 and 2024. He helped his country secure a silver medal in the World Cup and a bronze medal in the 2022 edition.
