Ayoub Bouaddi Chooses Number 32 Shirt at Manchester City
Moroccan Ayoub Bouaddi has chosen the number 32 jersey to start his journey with Manchester City, after transferring to the English club from Lille during the current summer transfer window, continuing to wear the number he had during his previous experience in Ligue 1.
Manchester City has announced that Boadu, aged 18, will wear the number 32 shirt with the team, the same number he wore during his time at Lille, in a move that allows the player to maintain his connection to the number as he embarks on his new adventure at the Etihad Stadium.
Boudi has joined Manchester City on a five-year contract, becoming the club's fourth signing of the summer transfer window, following the acquisitions of Elliot Anderson, Jeremy Monga, and Geronimo Rulli.
The Moroccan player arrives at Manchester City as one of the standout young talents, having played 96 matches with Lille, and also made an international appearance for the Moroccan national team in eight matches, including participation in the recent World Cup.
The number 32 shirt carries special memories in the history of Manchester City, having been worn by Argentine Carlos Tevez during his time representing the English club.
