Bayern Munich Extends Contracts of Eberl and Dresen Until 2029

Bayern Munich has announced today, Tuesday, that it will continue to rely on its current leadership duo, as the supervisory board has decided to extend the contracts of sporting director Max Eberl and CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen until June 30, 2029.

The decision came during the regular meeting of the supervisory board, in a move that underscores Bayern Munich's desire to maintain stability and continuity at the upper management level.

The current contracts for Eberl and Dresen were set to run until the summer of 2027, before being approved for an extension of two additional years.

Bayern confirmed that the decision comes in light of the progress the club has witnessed over the past years, emphasizing its confidence in continuing to work under the leadership of Eberl and Dresen in the upcoming phase.
