Alarm Bells Ring Early for Garnacho at Aston Villa
Argentinian Alejandro Garnacho is facing a tough start at Aston Villa, having received only four minutes of play during the opening round of the Premier League.
According to the Manchester Evening News, former Aston Villa player Ray Houghton believes the alarm bells are ringing early for Garnacho, especially after his limited participation in the heavy 4-0 loss to Brighton.
Alejandro Garnacho has left Chelsea this summer after just one season with the team, during which he scored 8 goals and provided 4 assists in 43 matches. However, he struggled with inconsistency and securing regular playing time.
Garnacho joins Aston Villa in a new attempt to relaunch his career, similar to Marcus Rashford, who successfully regained his form during his time at the club, while Jadon Sancho remains without a club after leaving Manchester United.
Garnacho hopes to receive more chances in the upcoming matches to prove his ability to regain his form and change the perception that has surrounded him recently.
