Official: Trabzonspor Signs Fabinho

Turkish club Trabzonspor has officially announced the signing of veteran Brazilian star Fabinho on a free transfer, following his departure from Al-Ittihad this summer.

The Turkish club stated in an official announcement via their X platform: "An agreement has been reached with professional footballer Fabinho, who has signed a two-year contract in a free transfer deal."

Fabinho joins Trabzonspor after leaving Al-Ittihad this summer, following the end of his contract with the Saudi club, to embark on a new adventure in Turkish football.

The Brazilian player possesses extensive experience at the European level, having previously played for prominent clubs before his transfer to the Saudi league, where he delivered outstanding performances during his time with Al Ittihad.

Trabzonspor hopes that Fabinho will be a strong addition to the team's midfield, thanks to his vast experience and technical and physical abilities, especially with the arrival of Egyptian star Mohamed Salah this summer after his departure from Liverpool.
