Fathi Al-Jabal: Our Goal is Three Points Against Al-Shamal

Air Force coach Fathi Al-Jabali and player Mohammed Jawad held a press conference today in Baghdad, discussing tomorrow's match against North Gas in the third round of the Iraqi Premier League.

Mountains opened the conference by expressing his gratitude: "Thank God and thank you, I am happy to hold my first press conference in Baghdad."

The Falcons' coach reflected on the team's start in the league: "We played two away matches and managed to secure two points against teams with large fan bases, as we saw in the stadium."

He spoke about the upcoming opponent: "Tomorrow we face a young team that has recently been promoted to the Iraqi Premier League. I watched their last two matches, and they have a competitive spirit along with several outstanding young players."

Al-Jabail stressed his team's readiness: "We at Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya are prepared for this confrontation, and our goal is to collect all three points, especially since the match is taking place on our home ground and in front of our fans."

He added: "We need some time to reach the level we aspire to, and the proof is our ability to return to matches at any time."

The Tunisian coach did not overlook the continental challenge, following Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya's draw in the AFC Champions League.

He stated: "Regarding the draw for the elite Asian Champions League, Air Force Club is one of the well-known teams on the continent, and everyone is aware of the club's Asian achievements."

Al Quwa Al Jawiya's coach concluded: "We will enter the tournament with high confidence, and God willing, we will be a tough number and present the level that befits the name of Al Quwa Al Jawiya."

Mohammed Jawad, the team's forward, emphasized the importance of playing in Baghdad: "We have played two away matches and achieved a positive result, and tomorrow we will play at home in front of our fans."

The player stated: "We have confidence in ourselves and our ability to execute our duties on the pitch, and we will work hard to secure the three points and make our loyal fans happy."

Mountains and Jawad's statements come just hours before the North Gas match at the late Captain Sharar Haider Stadium, known as "Al-Hawiya Stadium," at 9:45 PM Baghdad time.

The team enters the match following two consecutive draws against Nawruz and last season's champions Erbil, looking for its first win of the season to make up for points dropped away from home.
