Official: Real Madrid Announces Cucurella Signing

Real Madrid announced today, Monday, via its official website the formal presentation of their new player Marc Cucurella during a reception held at the sports city.

Florentino Pérez, the president of the royal club, welcomed the Spanish defender in the meeting room, where Cucurella signed his contract linking him to Real Madrid for the next six seasons, until June 30, 2032.

Following the signing of the contract, Cucurella received a miniature version of Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, along with a watch and a jersey bearing his name and the number 17.

The player's presentation ceremony also saw the attendance of the club's honorary president, José Martínez "Perry".

Real Madrid has signed the Spanish defender and World Champion during this summer's transfer window from Chelsea, in a deal that cost the club around €55 million.
