Jamal Abdel Hamid: Zamalek Fans Welcome Imam Ashour's Return

Former Egyptian football star Gamal Abdel Hamid stated that Zamalek fans welcome the potential return of Imam Ashour to the team, as long as it is the player's own desire.

Abdel Hamid stated in an interview with Karim Ramzy on Mega FM: "Zizo has lied to the Zamalek fans despite their love for him and his abilities, and Zamalek is the one who made Zizo, but the player did not appreciate that."

He added: Unlike Zizo, Zamalek fans would welcome Imam Ashour back if he returns to the club because he was honest with the Zamalek supporters. Therefore, if he wishes to come back, we will welcome him again.

He continued: "Zamalek fans move mountains, Hassan Shehata is the only one who understood Bezerra, and Bezerra is an 'emotional representative'. Bezerra is a player with undeniable talent, but if I were responsible at Zamalek, I would agree to Bezerra's departure after his recent actions."
