Wael Gomaa Reveals Reasons for 13 Players Missing from Al Ahly Against Enppi

Wael Gomaa, Al Ahly's director of football, has revealed the reasons behind the absence of several players from the upcoming match against ENPPI, scheduled for the first round of the Egyptian Premier League for the 2026-2027 season.

Jumaa explained that Imam Ashour will not participate in the match due to his lack of fitness, while Yassin Marai is absent due to suspension.

The football director of Al Ahly stated that the list of absentees for technical reasons includes Ahmed Eid, Ashraf Dari, Tawfiq Mohamed, Ahmed Khaled Kabaka, Ahmed Reda, Omar Al-Sa'i, Reda Selim, Omar Sayed Maawad, Mohamed Abdullah, Mahmoud Salah, and Mohamed Raafat.

Al Ahly has announced their squad for the upcoming match against Enppi.
