Mido Comments on Zamalek's Draw Against Ittihad

Ahmed Hossam Mido, the former Zamalek star, commented on the club's draw with Ittihad Alexandria in the first round of the Premier League.

The goalless draw marked the result of the match between Zamalek and Al Ittihad, which took place last night, Friday, in the first round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Mido stated on his X platform: "The slow start to the season is expected given the circumstances the team has gone through. Zamalek will improve with matches throughout the season, and Jamal is not a magician who can prepare players in 20 days and then win matches in the league against teams that are physically more ready. We must be realistic; this is the situation, and no one can change it."

Zamalek is set to face their counterpart Al Ahly Bank next Wednesday at Cairo International Stadium in the second round of the Egyptian Premier League.
