Referees for Friday's Matches in Round 2 of Roshn League
The Referees Committee has announced the officiating teams assigned to manage today's matches on Friday in the second round of the Roshen Saudi League, highlighted by the clashes between Al Nassr and Al Riyadh, and Al Ittihad against Al Qadisiyah.
Saudi referee Abdullah Al-Owaidan will officiate the match between Al-Nassr and Al-Riyadh, with assistance from Hamed Bin Harkan and Abdullah Al-Ajeem. Meanwhile, Mohammed Abu Shuqara will take on the role of fourth official.
The Video Assistant Referee team includes Abdullah Zarban, assisted by Muayid Al-Masjan, in a match where Al Nassr seeks to continue their strong start, while Riyadh looks for a positive outcome.
The committee has chosen Brazilian referee Wilton Sampaio to officiate the match between Al-Ittihad and Al-Qadisiyah, with compatriots Bruno Pochettino and Bruno Peres assisting him. Abdullah Al-Harbi will take on the role of fourth official.
Brazilian Daiane Muniz is working on VAR technology during the Al-Ittihad vs Al-Qadisiyah match, with the assistance of Saudi Isa Al-Khaibari, in one of the standout fixtures of the round.
In the match between Al Hazm and Al Diriyah, Abdullah Al-Shahri will lead the officiating team, assisted by Saad Al-Shabrami and Mohammed Al-Murshid, while Khalid Al-Ahmari takes on the role of fourth official, supported by Raed Al-Zahrani in the VAR.
The match between Al-Faisaly and Neom will see referee Shukri Al-Hanfoosh in charge, assisted by Emad Askar and Raed Al-Haqbani. Ahmed Al-Rumaikhani will serve as the fourth official, while Farih Al-Jaloud will oversee the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) with the assistance of Nawaf Saqaf.
The second round brings together Saudi and foreign referees as part of the Referees Committee's preparations for the upcoming fierce competitions, continuing to rely on both local and international officiating expertise in the Roshen League.
