Joe Cole Criticizes Pedro Neto's Price Tag

Former Chelsea star Joe Cole has described the £100 million asking price for the club's Portuguese winger Pedro Neto as "ridiculous," insisting that this figure does not reflect the player's true market value.

Joe Cole stated in a press interview: "£100 million is a bit excessive. Perhaps Saudi clubs can afford it as money is not an issue for them, but I don't think Manchester City will pay £100 million for Pedro Neto."

He added: "I don't think anyone who understands football logically would pay £100 million for him. I value him at around £50 to £60 million."

Despite criticizing the price, Joe Cole praised Neto's abilities, noting that he is a player with tactical flexibility, capable of playing on both wings and even in the wing-back position when needed, along with his accumulated experience in the Premier League.

Speculations continue regarding Neto's future as Chelsea maintains a high valuation for the Portuguese player.
