Another Resignation at Zamalek

Ahmed Shobair has revealed a new resignation at Zamalek, just before the start of the 2026-2027 football season.

Ahmed Hosny, the administrative director of Zamalek, has resigned from his position due to disagreements with captain Abdel Nasser Mohamed, the football director. In his radio program, Shobir stated: "Ahmed Hosny has apologized for continuing his mission and submitted his resignation due to differences in viewpoints between him and Captain Abdel Nasser Mohamed."

He added: "What I also learned is that some officials from the technical staff of Zamalek Club may leave, but it is certain that Ahmed Hosny, the administrative director, has departed from the White Castle, and thus another person will be chosen to replace him."

Zamalek starts their journey in the Premier League with a match against Ittihad on Friday, in the first round of the competition.
