Leeds United Signs Nico Elvedi for €10 Million

Leeds United has officially announced the signing of Swiss international defender Nico Elvedi from Borussia Mönchengladbach during the current summer transfer window.

Matthias Elvedi's transfer to Leeds United comes after many years spent with Borussia Mönchengladbach, where he was one of the standout figures in the German side's defense.

According to reports, the deal is valued at €8 million as a fixed fee, along with €2 million in add-ons, bringing the total potential value of the deal to €10 million.

Elvedi is a significant addition to Leeds' defense, especially with his extensive experience in the Bundesliga and internationally with the Swiss national team. He has previously worked under coach Daniel Farke during Farke's time at Borussia Mönchengladbach.
