Imam Ashour Reacts After Al Ahly Rejects Konyaspor's Bid

Imam Ashour posted a new image as his first reaction after Al Ahly rejected the offer from Turkish club Konyaspor for his services, via his official account on the social media platform "Facebook."

Imam Ashour appeared in a photo alongside his teammate Mohamed Magdy Afsha while they were with the team, without adding any written comment, simply using the "eagle" emoji.

Al Ahly has categorically refused to let midfielder Imam Ashour leave for Turkish clubs, thwarting Konyaspor's desire to sign him during the current summer transfer window after officially informing them of their commitment to the player.

Al Ahly announced on its official website that the club sent a letter today to Konyaspor, stating: "In reference to your request to acquire our player Imam Ashour for $4.5 million to be paid over three years, we inform you that the player is not for sale this season, and we look forward to future cooperation."
