The committee has decided to automatically suspend the Union defender in accordance with the penalty resulting from the direct red card, in addition to requiring him to pay a financial fine of 10,000 riyals.
Alaa Mohsen Al-Hajji has been handed the same punishment following a direct red card in the match between Neom and Al-Fayha, which took place on August 14, 2026.
The Disciplinary Committee clarified that the red card was issued due to violent play, based on the referee's report from the match. A fine of 10,000 Riyals has also been imposed.
