Pellegrini Pushes for Sofyan Amrabat's Return to Real Betis

Chilean Manuel Pellegrini, coach of Real Betis, remains determined to bring Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat back to the squad, considering the midfielder among the options he believes can provide the necessary boost to the midfield for the next season.

According to Spanish media reports, Pellegrini continues to consider Amrabat a suitable option to strengthen Real Betis' midfield, although the club's management is currently focused on other matters, primarily signing a new striker, alongside sorting out Dani Ceballos' situation and creating the necessary space within the team.

The Chilean coach wants to finalize the Amrabat situation at the earliest opportunity if the right conditions arise to complete the deal, especially since the Moroccan player has previously worn the Real Betis jersey before experiencing stints with several European clubs.

Pellegrini believes that Amrabat's return will provide the team’s midfield with more strength and balance, benefiting from his physical and tactical abilities as well as his vast experience, in addition to his capacity to perform various roles within the midfield.

Despite Sevilla's management being occupied with several issues during the summer transfer window, primarily strengthening the attacking line and addressing Ceballos' situation, Amrabat's name remains prominently in the Chilean coach's plans.
