Zakho Officially Signs Ali Jassim

Zakho has officially announced the signing of Iraqi national team player Ali Jassim from Italian club Como on a two-year contract, after the management finalized the purchase of his international card in full. The total value of the deal reached $1,800,000, equivalent to 2.5 billion Iraqi dinars, with the player receiving $1 million for signing for two seasons, while Como received $700,000 for the international card, and $150,000 went to the player's agent. All contract terms were agreed upon between the management of both clubs and the player in recent days. Ali Jassim's return to the Iraqi league is a significant technical addition for Zakho, as he is one of the most prominent names and talents to emerge in Iraqi football in recent years. He brings professional experience from his unsuccessful stint with Como and has the ability to play in multiple attacking positions. This signing is part of a series of strong moves made by Zakho's management during the current transfer window, as the club has previously announced the signings of Sherzod Timurrov, Mustafa Saadoun, Akam Hashim, and Haroon Ahmed, in a clear attempt to strengthen all lines and make a strong entry into the new season of the Iraqi Premier League.
