Moroccan international Anas Salah Eddine continues his search for a new club, having been confirmed as surplus to requirements by Roma and coach Gian Piero Gasperini, amid a stalled transfer to Olympiacos during the current summer transfer window.

Italian reports have revealed that the Moroccan full-back is still absent from the team's roster, having rejected an offer from the Greek club, despite Roma and Olympiacos reaching an agreement regarding his transfer. This leaves the player's future open to several possibilities as the transfer window continues.

According to reports from "Corriere della Sera" and relayed by Italian site "Marioni", Roma's position on Salahuddin has not changed, as the player remains on the list of candidates to leave the club, awaiting new offers that could open the door for his departure.

Roma's management had reached an agreement with Olympiacos for the transfer of Salah Eddine for around €7 million, along with an additional €1 million in incentives. However, the player rejected the offer, leading to the deal's collapse.

Meanwhile, Royal Antwerp has previously submitted an offer to acquire the services of the Moroccan full-back on loan, with a purchase option included. Other clubs are also monitoring his situation at Roma, awaiting developments in the coming days.

Saladin spent last season on loan at PSV Eindhoven before returning to Roma, but he was unable to convince Gasperini to include him in his plans for the new season.

With his continued exclusion from the Italian coach's plans, Salah Eddine's departure from Roma seems to be the closest option, as he awaits an offer that satisfies both the player and the Italian club's management during the remaining transfer window.
