Amouta Holds Intensive Sessions with Al Ahly Players Ahead of Barcelona Friendly

Hossam Aamouta, the head coach of Al Ahly's first football team, has been conducting intensive sessions with the players in Spain during the current training camp, ahead of the friendly match against Barcelona scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday.

Al Ahly will face Barcelona tomorrow evening, Wednesday, in the Joan Gamper Trophy friendly match, with the game starting at 9 PM Cairo and Mecca time.

The Al Ahly manager has allocated part of his recent meetings to work with the backline players, in an attempt to rectify the mistakes that emerged during training and the recent friendly match against Europa.

Al Ahly lost to Europa by a score of 2-1, a match that coach Ammouta was keen to analyze to identify key weaknesses that need addressing before the official season begins.

The Moroccan coach has issued a stern warning to his defense, demanding that they strictly adhere to their tactical roles in the upcoming matches, especially with the significant discipline required to cover spaces against Barcelona's potent attacking system in the anticipated encounter.
