Official: Real Madrid Announces Mourinho's Return
Real Madrid has announced the appointment of Portuguese José Mourinho as the new head coach of the first team, marking the start of a new era for the veteran manager at the royal club with a contract lasting three seasons until June 30, 2029.
The presentation ceremony for Mourinho took place in the meeting room at Real Madrid's sports complex, attended by club president Florentino Pérez, who welcomed the Portuguese coach before the official signing of the contracts.
Following the signing of the contract, Mourinho received a number of memorabilia from the royal club, including a miniature version of the "Santiago Bernabéu" stadium, along with a watch and a Real Madrid shirt bearing his name.
The presentation ceremony saw the presence of Jose Martinez "Perry", the honorary president of the club, in an official event that reflects the significance of Mourinho's return to lead Real Madrid.
The Portuguese coach begins a new phase at the helm of the Real Madrid coaching staff, with great expectations from the club's fans to see the team return to strong competition across all tournaments in the coming seasons.
